Campsite commitment : quality camping in Maasai River Campsite-Ludewa

The battle for quality

As far as we’re concerned, camping doesn’t mean a trip back into the past. Getting back to nature doesn’t have to mean sleeping on the ground, washing in cold water or living without a fridge.

Camping has undoubtedly come on in leaps and bounds since the advent of paid holidays in Africa in the 1930s. But that doesn’t mean that we don’t get just as much pleasure out of it as those first campers did 70 years ago. We just see things a little differently and expect better quality.

Quality vs. price

As far as we’re concerned, quality cannot be measured in terms of quantity, by the number of swimming pools, terraces, pitches or restaurants, for example - all of which put prices up. We believe that quality is based on an added value: respect. And that doesn’t cost anything, not for us or for you.

The Maasai River  ethos: friendly service, great quality and bags of new ideas!
